Abstract

This is an action research in EFL that focused on how to assist English language students to improve their performance in the subject during the Convid-19 pandemic period. The researcher (teacher) observed that the students' performance dropped during this period. Therefore, the researcher took adantage of the internet services (technology) so that students can receive extra online instructions while at home by using the WhatsApp group on the students digital telephones and computers, this was to supplement on the face-to-face English language input.
